1. No Refunds After Services Are Delivered
Due to the nature of digital media and time-based services, all sales are final once filming or editing has been completed.Delivered items include:
Raw footage
Edited videos
Game film
Social media edits
Highlight reels
Once any of these have been sent, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled filming time for a full refund.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the event.Rescheduling within 24 hours may include a rebooking fee.
