Thank you for choosing our videography services. We work hard to deliver high-quality footage and edits. Because our work is service-based and time-dependent, please review our refund guidelines below.
1. No Refunds After Services Are Delivered
Due to the nature of digital media and time-based services, all sales are final once filming or editing has been completed.Delivered items include:
Raw footage
Edited videos
Game film
Social media edits
Highlight reels
Once any of these have been sent, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Cancellations
Clients may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled filming time for a full refund.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the event.Rescheduling within 24 hours may include a rebooking fee.
4. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
If a game is:
rained out,
postponed, or
canceled by the organization,
you may choose between:
A full credit toward a future service, or
A rescheduled filming date at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for events outside our control.
5. Quality Guarantee
If there is an issue caused on our end (technical malfunction, corrupted footage, incorrect deliverables), we will:
Re-edit at no cost, or
Provide a full credit toward a future service.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless the service could not be completed.
6. Payment Issues
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of future bookings.
Because all services provided are digital media, no physical shipping is required. All videos, edits, and deliverables are sent electronically through secure online links.
